My memories of Charlotte will be of her broad smile always.
I never heard her say the word,"no". She always greeted you as though you were the only person in the room, and she had all
day to talk with you. She was a light, and her light will be greatly missed. Your family will be in my thoughts
and prayers.

I didn't know Charlotte personally but I still consider her my (nurse) sister. After 40 years of dedication
to patients and her community she has earned not only her golden angel wings but she has left a legacy for all of us to live
up to. I know she is looking down with her hand in god's smiling knowing the difference she made in the world
we live. May God Bless your family and be provided the strength to get through this very difficult time. Katherine

Roger and Patricia Whitler 1606 Center St. Owensboro Ky.
We had been Charlottes
patients for the last 15 years and had learned to love her dearly. On one visit to the clinic, during our appointment time
a salesman came and was in a rush. Charlotte asked if we minded if she saw to hs needs as he was rushed, we said to go ahead.
We waited in the exam room for about an hour and a half, allof a sudden Charlotte came into the exam room and began to apologise........She
had forgotten we were in there. We all had a good laugh over it. We are going to miss her terribly. May our Lord be with you
during this time of sorrow and always.

Charlotte was such a blessing
to my life. She and I met in 1973 and she was the same wonderful, positive person then as she was at her death.
She was my grandson's health care provider and he loved "Dr. Charlotte" dearly. To lose your Mom so soon after your
Dad passed is a double blow. Thank God you have each other and your knowledge that she and Larry are together in Heaven
watching over you all.

Gwen Johnson 517 Broad Streer Central City Ky
I worked at OCH for around 10 years
and was hired by your mother. She gave me a job and a chance to expand my medical/nursing knowledge and became my good friend.
She would come to ICCU and talk to me and I remember wonderful memories of singing gosple songs with her; like In The Garden
and What A Day That Will Be. i also remember singing with her at Liberty Baptist Church one sunday at the fifth sunday singings.
What a great time we had singing for our Lord. God is smiling today because another wonderful lady/angel has gone to her heavenly
mansion. God's arms has already welcomed her home. I will never forget her and her kindness.
