Federico (Fred) Maymir, Broker, came to this country from Cuba in 1967.  He is an American citizen.  Federico is fluent in both English and Spanish and his personal motto is "The Accent is on Service!"  Fred has a BS in Accounting from the University of Havana and  has had many years of real estate experience and education.  He has been licensed since 1983 and obtained a Broker's license in 1990.  Fred is the principal Broker for House Hunters.  He has many interests, including chess, and has won international chess matches.  Fred and his wife, Phyllis, are both avid readers and Bridge players. You can reach Federico at (513) 851-5353 office or (513) 255-1678 cell.

 

 

Phyllis Sasser Maymir, Sales VP, CRS,  (Certified Residential Specialist) is a native of Cincinnnati and has been licensed since 1979.  She also has a broker's license.  Phyllis attended classes at UC and has a wide range of real estate education and experience, including residential, commercial and multi-unit sales.  She has volunteered at hospitals and schools and chaired fund-raising events for a women's club scholarship program.  Phyllis and Federico have been a real estate husband & wife team since 1983 and have been million dollar producers.  Including their daughter, Monica, they have a combined total of 5 children and 14 grandchildren.   Phyllis can be reached at (513) 851-5353 office or (513) 310-6600 cell.

Monica Maymir, Admin.
